Marree lives in Adelaide, South Australia. 

"Art has always been an integral part of my life. In 2006-2008 I spent time living and studying in Arizona. There, I fine-tuned my feelings for colour and shape. My works have been hung in galleries in the USA. I have had solo exhibitions in Adelaide.

The essence of my art flows through colour. It excites me to transform colours into shapes and to see what they reveal in my paintings. I am interested in exploring connections between diverse locations through landscape and architecture. Some of my paintings are showing connections between Adelaide and other countries. This idea has developed from my extensive travels overseas and in Australia. Artists from Portugal and Spain have also played a strong part in my passion for colour.

In 2009 I have joined with two other artists in exhibiting under the name MAGENTA ART GROUP."
